Justin Mickles, born and raised in Omaha, Nebraska, has worked in the behavioral health field since 1995. He works with children and adolescents adjusting to separation from loved ones due to abuse, neglect, divorce, death, legal action, or abandonment. Individuals that have difficulty conforming to societal norms for various reasons including, cultural differences, social skill deficits, mood disturbances and behavioral problems. He also works with couples and families struggling with relationship problems, emotional dysfunction, mental health issues and addictive disorders.

Angelique Mickles is also an Omaha native who specializes in customer care ensuring that everyone who contacts our office receives professional, courteous and confidential attention. She has 9 years of management experience and has earned a reputation for treating every client with dignity, respect and kindess.

Tim Hill has been working with at risk children and adolescents since 2002. He is seeking to specialize at providing Animal Assisted Therapy as part of his work with young people. Tim utilizes humor with a common sense approach to treatment that has proven to be an effective way to help our clients resolve major crisis and overcome difficult life circumstances, particularly in the areas of chronic behavioral disorders and interpersonal adjustment issues.

Pamela has experience working with all age groups and offers a holistic approach to therapy. The primary objective of a holistic approach is to bring balance to the entire person; concentrating on meaning, mind, body and soul. The goal is to introduce wholeness to every aspect of a person's life not merely the ailment that brings one into therapy.
Pamela has experience in chemical dependency counseling, individual, family, group and marital counseling. She also specializes in Christ-centered approaches, behavioral modification, solution-focused/brief-therapy, quantum psychology, transactional analysis, and rational emotive behavioral technique (REBT).
