Appointments
Therapy sessions are by appointment, and they are scheduled once the client has completed initial forms and documents through a secure online portal. Therapy sessions are typically 50 minutes in length. If you arrive late to your session, please expect that we will end on the scheduled time, so that I am able to protect the next client's hour.
Once scheduled, your session time is protected as yours. Missed sessions are costly in time and revenue (insurance does not cover unfulfilled appointments). If not due to an emergency, late-cancellations or no-shows will incur a charge that you will have to pay out-of-pocket (cash or check). These policies are outlined in detail in paperwork you will receive, if we decide to work together.
For cancellations, please provide at least 24 hours notice by calling the following number day or night (please leave a voicemail which will be time stamped): (406) 407-4401.
Insurance and Payments
This office is in network with a number of insurance companies, with whom we are a participating (preferred) provider:

This office accepts private pay, and I am happy to bill insurance for which I am out-of-network. Clients are responsible for the portion that insurance does not cover, including copay, coinsurance, or deductible — fees that clients should look into and know ahead of time, before scheduling an appointment. Clients are responsible for submitting for reimbursement when secondary insurance is to be utilized. Please know your medical insurance plan and benefits.
